Terms & Conditions

Effective as of September 23, 2026

Welcome to Weeknights. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are important and affect your legal rights, so please read them carefully. They cover your use of our website (the "Site"), our services, and any related communications. Section 8 explains how weekly plans renew and how to cancel. Sections 13 and 14 explain that our menus are not medical advice and that we cannot guarantee any food is free of allergens.

Weeknights, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("Weeknights," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the Site and provides menu planning, recipes, grocery lists, and optional grocery delivery coordination (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order, booking a Service, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on the Site and update the effective date above. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted means you accept them. Changes to how disputes are resolved apply only to disputes that arise after the change is posted. Please check the Site regularly.

1. About us

Weeknights, LLC is a New Hampshire limited liability company. You can reach us at info@weeknightshandled.com.

2. Eligibility and service availability

Our Services are for adults. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can form a binding contract, and have the authority to accept these Terms. Our Services are offered in the United States. Grocery delivery is available only where our third-party delivery providers operate. We may decline or end service to anyone at our discretion, subject to Section 26.

3. Accounts

To use certain features you need an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your account with anyone. Contact us promptly at info@weeknightshandled.com if you think your account has been used without your permission. You may not create an account using a false identity or on behalf of someone else. We may suspend or close accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

4. Communications and text messages

By giving us your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive texts from us, including messages sent using automated technology, about your account, your weekly plan, delivery updates, and, if you separately opt in to marketing, promotions and offers. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your phone number, please update your account so we do not text someone else. We may also contact you by email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. You may still receive service messages such as menus, confirmations, and invoices. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Electronic communications

You consent to receive notices, disclosures, and other communications from us electronically. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

6. Our Services

Weekly meal plans. Our core Service is a recurring weekly meal plan (the "Plan"). Each week we prepare a menu based on the preferences and information you gave us, then send you the finalized recipes and a grocery list. Plan details, including your price, are shown in your account or your booking confirmation.

Grocery delivery add-on. You may add grocery delivery to your Plan. If you choose this option, we arrange your grocery order through a third-party delivery service (see Section 12). If you do not choose this option, we give you a grocery list and you buy the groceries yourself.

Changes to the Services. We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Site or Services at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice when a change materially affects a Plan you have already paid for.

7. Weekly schedule and menu changes

Our standard weekly schedule is:

  • Friday: we send your proposed menu.

  • By Saturday at 7:00 PM Eastern Time: you approve the menu or request changes. You may request up to three (3) changes per week. If we do not hear from you by the deadline, we may treat the menu as approved.

  • Sunday by 12:00 PM Eastern Time: we send your final recipes and grocery list.

Once a menu is finalized, it cannot be changed. If you order grocery delivery, the deadlines above also affect when the order can be placed.

8. Auto-renewal and cancellation

YOUR PLAN RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY EACH WEEK UNTIL YOU CANCEL. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method each Friday for your Plan, at the then-current price, until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the following week, you must cancel before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, the day before your next Plan is billed. You can cancel by replying to any email we send you through Squarespace or by emailing info@weeknightshandled.com. If you cancel before the deadline, you will not be charged for the following week. If you cancel after the deadline, you will be charged for and receive that week's Plan, and your cancellation will take effect for the week after. You may re-subscribe at any time, but we may decline to re-open a Plan if we previously ended your Service for cause. You are responsible for all charges up to the effective date of cancellation.

9. Pricing and payment

Payment. Payment is due in advance. Your standard weekly Plan fee is charged on Fridays. Charges for groceries and delivery, if you use grocery delivery, are billed on Sundays. We accept payment through our website checkout (Squarespace) and by invoice through our banking provider. By giving us a payment method you authorize us to charge it for your Plan, any add-ons, groceries and delivery costs, and applicable taxes, and to use updated payment details provided by your card issuer. If a payment fails, we may suspend your Plan or delay your grocery order, retry the charge, and you remain responsible for the amount owed.

Groceries and delivery costs. The cost of groceries is separate from our service fee. If you use grocery delivery, we charge you for the groceries and for delivery, service, and any other fees charged by the delivery provider at our actual cost, in addition to our service fee. Grocery prices are set by the stores and delivery providers and may change without notice, and the final amount may differ from an estimate we give you because of substitutions, item availability, or price changes.

Price changes. We may change our prices at any time. We will give you at least 10 days' notice of any change to the price of your Plan. If you continue your Plan after the notice period, you accept the new price. All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes, which are additional where applicable.

10. Refunds

Because we begin custom planning work as soon as a Plan week starts, fees are not refundable once a menu has been prepared for a given week. If you are unhappy with a menu, you may use the menu changes described in Section 7 before the menu is finalized. If we make an error or fail to deliver a Service you paid for, contact us within five (5) days at info@weeknightshandled.com and we will review the issue and may, in our discretion, offer a credit or refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law. Charges from grocery stores and third-party delivery providers are governed by their own refund policies.

11. Promo codes

We may offer promo codes, discounts, or credits ("Promo Codes"). Unless a Promo Code says otherwise, it can be used only once, only by the intended recipient, only through our Site, has no cash value, and may not be copied, sold, or shared publicly. We may cancel or refuse a Promo Code if we believe it was obtained or used in violation of these Terms. Promo Codes may expire, and their terms will be stated when offered. We may add gift cards or other offerings in the future, and any additional terms will be posted when they are available.

12. Grocery delivery and third-party services

Grocery delivery is fulfilled by third-party services such as Shipt or Instacart and the stores they shop at. These services are independent from us. We do not control their availability, prices, product selection, substitutions, delivery times, or the condition of the food when it arrives, and we are not responsible for their actions. Your use of a third-party delivery service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We may place your order using the information you give us, but you are responsible for reviewing the order, checking your groceries when they arrive, and contacting us or the provider about missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Products may be out of stock or substituted by the shopper. Risk of loss passes to you when groceries are delivered to you.

13. Not medical or nutrition advice

Weeknights provides meal planning, recipes, and grocery lists for general informational and convenience purposes. We are not a medical provider, and our Services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If we offer plans that focus on macros, calories, or programs such as GLP-1 friendly eating, these are general planning approaches and not individualized medical or dietetic advice, and we do not guarantee any health, weight, or medical outcome. Nutrition information we provide, including macro counts, is an estimate that can vary by brand, portion, and preparation. Always talk to your doctor, registered dietitian, or another qualified professional before starting or changing any diet, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have questions about your health. You are responsible for deciding whether a menu is appropriate for you and your household.

14. Allergens and dietary needs

You are solely responsible for knowing your and your household's allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions, and for checking every recipe, ingredient, and product label before you buy, prepare, or eat any food. We try to suggest items that fit the preferences and restrictions you tell us about, but we do not guarantee that any recipe, ingredient, product, or substitution is free of any allergen or suitable for any medical or dietary need. Manufacturers can change their products and labels without notice, and cross-contact can occur anywhere in the food supply. Store shoppers and delivery providers may substitute items, and we do not control or approve those substitutions. If you use our optional grocery ordering, we may select items on your behalf, but you must still read all labels. If you have a serious allergy, do not rely on us as your only source of information. Contact the manufacturer or your health care provider if you have questions.

15. Food preparation and safety

You will cook and handle your own food. You are solely responsible for safe storage, washing, preparation, and cooking. Refrigerate perishable groceries promptly after delivery, follow safe food handling practices, and cook foods to the internal temperatures recommended by the USDA (for example, 165 degrees Fahrenheit for poultry, 160 degrees Fahrenheit for ground meats, and 145 degrees Fahrenheit for whole cuts of meat and seafood). Inspect groceries when they arrive and discard anything that appears unsafe. Our recipes are guidelines, and results vary based on ingredients, equipment, and skill.

16. Proprietary rights

We own or license all content on the Site and in our Services, including menus, recipes, grocery lists, text, graphics, logos, designs, and the arrangement of them (the "Materials"). The Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from our Materials, or use them in a business, without our written permission (email is fine).

"Weeknights," our logos, and all related names and designs are our trademarks. You may not use them without our permission. All other trademarks belong to their owners.

17. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send our copyright contact the following: (1) your name and physical or electronic signature; (2) a description of the copyrighted work; (3) the location of the material on the Site; (4) your address, phone number, and email; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner. Send notices to privacy@weeknightshandled.com. We may end access for repeat infringers.

18. Community standards and conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: violate any law; harm or try to harm minors; send spam or unsolicited promotions; impersonate anyone; harass or threaten anyone; interfere with the Site, including by using bots, scrapers, or attacks; try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; or reverse engineer any part of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to make honest public statements about your experience with us.

19. Third-party content and links

The Site may link to or display content, ads, or services from third parties. We do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for them. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

20. Reviews, photos, and other content you share

You may submit reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or other content to us or post it on our social media pages (together, "User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you own it or have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone's rights or any law. Please do not share other people's private information without their permission.

If you submit User Content to us, or tag or mention us on social media with a request or intent to be featured, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content, along with your name or social media handle, to operate and promote Weeknights on our Site, social media, emails, and marketing materials. You keep ownership of your User Content. You can ask us to stop using your User Content in new materials by emailing info@weeknightshandled.com, and we will stop within a reasonable time. We are not required to remove content already published or printed. We may remove or decline to use User Content for any reason. Any feedback or suggestions you give us may be used by us without any obligation to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Weeknights, LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law. We may take over the defense of any matter at our own expense, and you agree to cooperate. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

22. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY MENU, RECIPE, PRICE, NUTRITION ESTIMATE, OR PRODUCT INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL BE AVAILABLE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE PREPARATION, USE, AND CONSUMPTION OF ANY FOOD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

23. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WEEKNIGHTS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE SERVICES, THE ACTS OF THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY PROVIDERS OR STORES, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING FOR OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.

24. Resolving disputes

Informal resolution first. Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us at info@weeknightshandled.com. Before either of us starts a formal proceeding, we agree to first try in good faith to resolve the issue informally. Please send us a written notice describing the problem, your contact information, and what you are asking for, and give us 30 days to respond. If we cannot resolve it, either of us may proceed as described below.

Courts. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court in the county where you live, if it qualifies.

Individual claims only. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you and we may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

Jury waiver. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

25. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute related to them are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

26. Term and termination

These Terms apply from the time you first use the Site or Services and continue while you use them. You can stop using the Services or cancel your Plan at any time as described in Section 8. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if a payment cannot be collected, if required by law, or if continuing to serve you is not workable for us. If we end your Service without cause, we will refund any fees you paid for a weekly Plan we did not deliver. Termination may involve removing your account and content. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those on payment, proprietary rights, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

27. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

28. Entire agreement and assignment

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown to you when you sign up for a Service, are the entire agreement between you and us and replace earlier discussions. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business.

29. State-specific notices

California residents: Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

30. Contact and notices

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@weeknightshandled.com. You are responsible for keeping the email address on your account current, and notices we send to it are effective when sent.
